  2. Enhance understanding and appreciation of China’s role and identity, especially in Asia in the 21st Century
  3. Broaden students’ learning networks with their counterparts in SST’s twinning school, Renda Fuzhong Xishan School

Organising the Team
Students were organised into 7 groups, each to research on the assigned area as part of the pre-trip preparation:
  • Group 1: 人大附中西山学校
  • Group 2: 鸟巢
  • Group 3: 故宫
  • Group 4: 天安门
  • Group 5: 人民大会堂
  • Group 6: 颐和园
  • Group 7: 长城
Debrief was conducted at the end of each day where students were to reflect based on the set of questions posted to them at the beginning of the day. These reflection and/or observations were documented in the Group Pages in ThinkQuest Project.
